Repeat Medication

Requests for repeat medication will only be accepted on the tick sheet that is provided on the right hand side of your prescription. We DO NOT accept telephone requests. All requests take two working days to process. Requests made on a Thursday will be ready on Monday; requests made on a Friday will be available on the Tuesday. We will happily post your prescription to you if you provide a stamped self addressed envelope. Your local pharmacy may provide a collection

Please make sure you order medication BEFORE IT RUNS OUT. If ordering on a Friday make sure you have enough medication till the following Tuesday.

Online Prescriptions

You can now order your repeat prescription online via Patient Access.

If you want to start please fill in our online access form and bring it into the surgery.

Please note that we can only routinely prescribe items on your repeat prescription slip. Items not on this slip will need to be sent to your usual doctor and may not be prescribed without an appointment. Please provide medication name, strength and dosage where known.

To protect your privacy, this page uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between the web server and your browser, ensuring all data passed between them remains private.

We will not reply to this request unless there is a problem. Please allow 2 working days before you collect the authorised script.
